The Malvern Range of Summerhouses

Malvern is a long established national manufacturer and distributor of
quality wooden garden buildings. |

Standard features of the Tudor Summerhouse include a cedar slatted roof mounted on
top of a solid timber felted rectangular roof, Georgian style windows and lockable doors with brass
fittings.
Nominal sizes include: 8' x 8', 10' x 8' |

Standard features of the Gazebo Summerhouse include two top hung fan light windows and
a solid timber felted roof. Options include square or diamond leaded windows, Georgian style
windows and doors with antique fittings.

The Hopwood and Chadwick Summerhouses are the top of the
Malvern range. They are finished in western red cedar, a timber renowned for its looks
and long life. |

Standard features of the Hopwood Summerhouse are solid raised and fielded panelled cedar
double doors. It has 8 opening arched windows, high quality Georgian solid brass door and
window fittings and a solid cedar slatted roof on to a pine tongue and groove roof with roofing
felt in between.

The Chadwick Summerhouse is octagonal and shares its standard features with the
Hopwood. Options for both summerhouses include an oak veneer lining to walls and roof.

The Malvern Range of Playhouses
|
All children's playhouses come with full ledged and braced doors which have piano
stye hinges, angled to give a gap when shut - all to prevent fingers getting trapped! This is
only one of the features that has resulted in every building in the Malvern Playhouse Range
being given a CE certificate of safety from the European Commission. |

Standard features of The Lodge include an integral loft and ladder which is positioned
against the back wall. This model is also available without the verandah and overhanging roof,
known as The Playhouse.
Nominal sizes include: 8' x 6' with a standard 2' verandah |

Standard features of the Superden include safety acrylic glazing, 12mm tongue and
groove deal shiplap and a verandah with overhang.
Nominal sizes available: 6' x 4', 6' x 6', 6' x 8' with a standard 2' verandah
on all sizes |

The A&J Range of Summerhouses |
|
The Rushden is the most traditional of all the summerhouses and offers either a
Classic or Georgian style window. Both styles feature double doors in the front. Fully
opening side windows are available in the Georgian and top opening side windows in the Classic.
It is furnished with black antique style ironmongery. A balcony with a timber decked floor can
also be added to this building if required. |

The Brighton is available in two designs either with a standard front or a Bow window
to create a unique garden building. With a fully opening window on each side and featuring
black antique-style ironmongery this makes for a very popular building. |

The A&J Range of Playhouses |

The Hideaway. This playhouse is 6' x 4' and 5' high to the ridge. It is fitted with
acrylic glazing and continuous door hinges for your child's safety. It is available without the
balcony as the Little House. |

The Alpine is the most popular A&J playhouse. Its features include a ladder leading
to an upstairs platform with a safety rail. A small side door can be added to the building as
an extra.
